complex elements (background, design, etc) can cause upcharge (varies).

if commissioning a custom design, your design fee will cause an upcharge, but this upcharge varies depending on requested design's complexity.

i can refuse your commission upon initial discussions for whatever reason i deem, be it for comfort or personal reasons!

i can use your commission as commission examples upon completion! but that's all!

i do not offer full refunds at the moment, only partial refunds, but i do work hard to ensure your commission is finished!

you may NOT use my art for commercial reasons, only personal reasons!

my art is very experimental in both style, techniques, and brushes - this is because art is mainly a hobby for me. by commissioning me, you accept that my style may vary wildly! if you'd prefer for me to stick to a certain consistent style that does not align with my current drawing style, it may take longer for your commission to be finished.

for returning clients: i do accept payment plans that we both agree to!

you may NOT copy or trace my art.

you may NOT remove my watermark or claim my art as yours. if you do, i will block you and blacklist you from commissions.

you may NOT use my art to train AI. i am explicitly anti-AI.

you may NOT use my art for NFTs. i am explicitly anti-NFT.

FOR NSFW: please do not post your commission to anywhere public, be it a WIP i sent to you or a finished product! you may send it to private adult groups.

FOR NSFW: you MUST be able to prove your age if you commission me for NSFW. i will not do NSFW business with you if you are underage. if you fake your age to get a NSFW commission from me, i will block you and blacklist you from commissions.

we will discuss your commission idea including you sending references, telling me what commission type you'd like (flat, shaded, scene), and i will give you a quote, my calculation process laid out for you to understand!

once you pay, i will start and send routine WIPs as i work, including of the sketch, line art, coloring, shading, and background process!

i can send the finished file (png and csp/psd) via email if you request. either way, you will receive the finished png via the dms we converse through!
